Our model is designed to be simple and transparent.

You pay 50% upfront to begin the search and the remaining 50% upon placement of the new hire.

We guarantee each placement for Six Months from the new hire’s employment start date. This is DOUBLE the guarantee offered by most typical recruiters!!!

PLAN OPTION #1: Role-Based Flat Fees

Here’s how the flat-fee structure breaks down by role:

Senior Executive (Director level and above): $10,000

Operations Roles (Supply Chain, Quality & Compliance, Process Improvement, Supervisors, Managers, etc.): $7,000

Non-Executive Support Roles (HR, Administrative, Finance/Accounting, IT, Sales, Non-Operations Supervisors and Managers, etc.): $6,000

Let’s take the example of an HR Manager at a base salary of $120,000. Traditional recruiters charge $24,000-$36,000 to fill this role. Our Flat-Fee approach is $6,000 – that’s a savings of $18,000 to $30,000! This allows your company to reinvest these savings into growth or additional hires!!!

PLAN OPTION #2: Subscription Model

This option is a great choice for companies with ongoing hiring needs. For $2,000 per month, you can have up to 3 active position searches, with a $2,000 placement fee per hire. This model keeps hiring costs predictable and allows you to scale recruitment without surprises. You can cancel anytime. It’s flexible and designed for steady-hiring companies.
